Registration:

Registration for the conference will commence in October 2008, and will initially be open only for those that have submitted an abstract for presentation. Total attendance at the meeting will be limited to approximately 180 participants. A proportion of places have been reserved for junior researchers at the postgraduate and postdoctoral levels.

Registration will be accepted from a limited number of participants who are not presenting at the meeting.

Registration fees for academic participants are:

425 euro early registration fee (before 15th January 2009)
325 euro discounted rate for students (before 15th January 2009)

Registration includes attendance at all conference sessions, conference materials, Opening Reception, daily lunch and coffee breaks. There will be additional optional excursions and a Gala Dinner.

A range of accommodation options will be offered in the two main venues and can be booked as part of your registration.
