Swimming and Fitness at Adare Manor
The elegant swimming pool and steam room overlook the River Maigue and adjoins the health facility. The 15 metre heated swimming pool and steam room are available to all resident guests between 7:00am and 9:00pm. The pool is approx. 59" deep, 15 metres long and 7 metres wide. The average water temperature is 27 Degrees Celsius.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Our fitness room is located on the lower level of the Manor, adjacent to the pool area. Opening hours are from 7:00am – 9:00 pm. The Fitness Room is fully equipped with free weights, Nautilus equipment, treadmill, Stairmaster and lifecycles. Complimentary water and fruits are provided.
